I was concentrating so intently on this side that I forgot to take photos until this stage.All that remains is studying it for awhile to see what needs to be refined.
I love our California Quail! We used to see the parents & babies meander through our cabin back yard in years past, but we don’t see them hardly at all now. That makes me sad. I wonder why?

Sharon, you were seeing Mountain Quail rather than California Quail. They are shy. We see them some years and not others up at our cabin.
