This is not about my art directly. However, it could apply to the category of Series: photograph and paint the same scene in many different seasons and times of day. It could also apply to the category of Inspiration: it is ALWAYS beautiful in Mineral King!

Been checking out your blog, figured I should drop a line or comment on something. Photos and artwork on Mineral King are very nice. Gives me a hankering to go hiking again. We are going to do the John Muir Trail again this year. This time south to north. Fun starts in early August. I’ll keep you posted. Also, I’ll forward you some photos from that hike I took last September around the backcountry after our reunion. I can’t remember if I sent any, but I will send again anyway. Take care… Kenny.
I never tire of seeing Mineral King photography. You almost can’t take a bad picture there, you know? I can’t wait to get up there this summer!
