Spectrum went out. This means no internet, no landline, no teevee, and only a single bar of cellphone for texting. There was a Spectrum outage, but our trouble started a day before that and is probably our modem. Things wear out quickly, it seems. It might be repaired on Tuesday morning. A technician is supposed to come to replace the modem, but I’ll believe it when it happens.

So, if you don’t hear from me, if you comment and nothing appears, if you try to call and get a message about “no voice mail set up” or some such robo-talk, or if you email and don’t get a response, that is why.

I can receive texts. Not putting that number here on the interwebs, so I’ll trust that those of you I know in real life will know how to reach me.
