Blue Moon Sign in Situ

(Happy Birthday, Ann!)

“In situ” means in position. Isn’t it fun to learn new expressions?

The question that nagged me during the entire process of designing and painting the Blue Moon Nursery sign was this: Would it be able to complete with all the signage along that stretch of the highway in Three Rivers?

See? A whole messa signs! But, I can spot ours. . . can you?

Blue Moon Nursery in Three Rivers is a charming place with a variety of plants, including natives and drought tolerants. Check out Seger’s blog and find the hours here: Blue Moon Nursery.

  1. Great tour! Thanks

    • Grey, it is a simple nursery but a delight for the eyes. I get overwhelmed and often cannot picture what could go where, so I have to simply stand and think. It’s a nice place to stand and think, or just stand. 😎

  2. It looks nice! Vibrant colors too.

Plant nurseries are always exciting to walk around and breathe in. We are going to our local one this Friday to buy our annual tomato plants! My kids and I go, and it marks the official beginning of our gardens. I can’t wait! (The compost/new dirt comes Thursday. Actually, my sister and I will go to get it, wheel barrows, shovels, trailer, and hard work in all. Phew. Are you up for a work project with us in MN next week? 😉

    • Oh wow, Jennifer, it would be awesome to be able to garden with you and the kids!

  3. Looks fabulous! Easy to spot –

    • Thanks, Diane! We were quite pleased with ourselves.
