Jana Botkin's art captures the essence of rural Tulare County, California life. Her appreciation of God's creation shines in depictions of Sequoia National Park, particularly the Mineral King area. In her realistic detailed drawings of structures, landmarks and agricultural scenery, it is Jana's goal to share the beauty of her region with the viewer. Her portraits of people and animals are full of vitality and reflect the spirit of her subjects.
Cabinart was established in 1987 and grew from a talent for detailed pencil drawing. Since 1993 cabinart has been Jana's full time profession. Her studio is located at her Three Rivers home and is open by appointment.
